Very cute drawing Gospel! ^__^ and yes.. it's a real winter looking picutre *shivers* it's very cold here, freezing.. this ice kitty is freezing..does it still make sense? X_x but back to the picutre ^^ I think Toby's design is very original and you did a lovely job on drawing him as good as possible And the result it truely wonderful! ^__^ love the way you drew him, it's a great looking drawing Well done! ^^

Indy Art - Abstract? *feels all abstracted and such* wow .. actually, you did a very nice job here, tobias looking really cute with huge head and huge eyes the shading is pretty, not only adding quite a bit of depth but also making the eyes look vivid and interesting .. the outlining of the fur on his chest looks a bit too dark, dunno why, it just doesn't look fluffy or such, but i think it's just because the black outline, using coloured outlines generally makes your pictures look smoother (even if i'm not quite in position to criticise, i can't do that either) .. colourwise you were hitting the nail on the head, of course it's nice to consider fan-art and such, but, well, tobias' fur is actually coloured brown, so i'm quite happy with your colour choice (plus it makes the picture look more vivid, with that brown going very well together with the red and the blue of the background -- it's simply pleasant to look at .. a grey colouring would draw attention away from the character to the more colourful background, but the way you did it right now is really nice, maybe it's just me, but i think the colours fit very well, i wouldn't want to have it any other way, hence thank you a lot for that drawing, you're such a kind person, much appreciated

so, what's left to say? writing the names this way is a good idea, the font is nice and round looking and not distracting from the picture .. just two minor things, i would probably have put the copyright the other way round, the Tobias to the place where you also put my surname, putting Toby in front of the (c) .. the people who call one by their surname will rarely use the pet name, you know .. it's nitpicking, i know, and since i'm already at it, you might want to use © or copyright instead of (c), which doesn't really have a meaning, copyright and © has, but not (c).
all in all, this picture is really well done, the background looking beautiful (did you draw it yourself? if so, you should definitely keep it up), flowing well together with the rest of the picture, still being cartoony and thus being a great addition to the picture, not put there just for .. well .. having a background but also contributing to the athmosphere - like with those pale-blue mountains or the snow - and the feeling of your drawing - congratulations

.. no doubt .. but i'll do that tomorrow evening (well actually today in the evening, since it has become past midnight in the meantime, hopefully my parents won't catch me still awake ), as i want to keep pictures in my favourites on top for a couple of days so other deviants can see them, giving the artists their well deserved attention (no worries, i won't forget )

The eyes are very good, as always, the anime style makes the draw even more cute!!
I like the shading, too, especially on his back!! I like the spots also!!
And the mouth, well, everything, makes it more and more cute^^
About the background, its colors are very 'soft', which makes all the pic, plus the lil' seal, very sweet^^
